Seed of Love
Seed of Love is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit community care farm on the island of Molokai (Hawaii). We work with the land and community to create healing and educational opportunities for anyone who wishes to participate, with emphasis towards youth and community members with little or no financial means.
Hawaiʻi Nature Center
This noble work stared in a tropical rainforest in 1972 with the Outdoor Circle proposed an education center in O‘ahu’s Makiki Valley. By 1981, the Makiki Environmental Education Center opened and five years later, it grew into an independent 501(c)3 non-profit called the Hawai‘i Nature Center. Lanai Cat Sanctuary
It all began with sterilizing Lānaʻi’s street cats in 2004. That effort was followed by sheltering them in a horse corral in the mountain community of Kōʻele. We were just a small committed group of cat lovers trying to do the right thing on an island without an animal shelter, rescue group or veterinarian.
Hawaii SAR CON
Hawaii’s only search and rescue conference will focus on community enriching experiences and enhancing the skills for Search and Rescue teams and volunteers.
