Waipahu Intermediate Future Farmers of America
What We Do
Waipahu Intermediate School’s Future Farmers of America chapter (WIS FFA) empowers 7th and 8th graders to live up to their full potential through agricultural education, community involvement, and change making. Our biggest long-term goal is to turn the 7 acres of unused land behind Waipahu Intermediate into a food forest, feeding not only Waipahu Intermediate but also Waipahu as a community.
Who We Are
WIS FFA is a part of the National FFA Organization. FFA is a Career-Technical Student Organization that helps students develop life skills through agricultural education. Waipahu Intermediate is currently the only middle school FFA chapter in the state of Hawai`i.
