Volunteer at Our Annual Community Festival— Day at Hānaiakamalama
Daughters of Hawaii
This festival is both a friend-raiser and a fundraiser for our beloved organization. Proceeds from the Day go towards the historic preservation, maintenance and operations of the Palace and grounds. We need your help and support to create another successful festival. Volunteers will be asked to assist with greeting visitors at the entrances, direct parking, work in a Palace booth, and keep restrooms tidy!

About the organizer
Since the early 1900s it has been distinguished for preserving Hānaiakamalama in Nu‘uanu, commonly known as the Queen Emma Summer Palace, and Hulihe‘e Palace in Kailua-Kona, restoring them with original royal furnishings and regalia. The Daughters continue to preserve and maintain two of Hawai‘i’s three royal palaces, as well as the birth site of King Kamehameha III at Keauhou Bay in Kailua-Kona.
