Swift Action Team Member

Description
The swift action team member will utilize a virtual call center technology to place outbound calls to AARP members. The volunteer can set their volunteer time and volunteer from anywhere and help have an impact. AARP uses the Hubdialer system for Vaccination education efforts, voter engagement efforts, well-being check-ins, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver messages by outbound calling to AARP members.Helps to identify and engage other Community Volunteer Lead Trainers where appropriate.Works closely with the Office of Volunteer Engagement to get assignments to call opportunities.Is a volunteer with AARP and is listed in the AARP Volunteer Portal.
Qualifications
Flexibility and adaptability necessaryCommitment to the goals, policies and priorities of AARPPossess strong communication skills and empathy when necessaryAbility to articulate and communicate ideas orally.Possess strong computer skills.Familiar with web-based learning a plusAbility to use web-based video chat technologyMust have a ComputerLandline phone or Cell Phone (unlimited calliing features a plus)Internet connection (broadand a plus)
