Malama ka haleku’i – VALENTINE’S PARTY
Hope Education Center
The heart of Malama ke haleku’i (adopt a building) is to build relationships with residents in one of the under-resourced buildings in Wahiawa by adopting a building and the individuals and families who live there. The mission is to provide check-ins with food, fun and activities to the residents.We are partnering with Aloha Harvest to distribute rescued food to building residents and neighbors then we have a party for the residents to engage in social activities and fellowship.

Mālama ka haleku’i is a program out of Hope Ed Center that works with low-income senior buildings to bring fun and hope to our local kupuna. We currently have quarterly events at Wilikina Apts, engaging them through fun hands-on interactive games and activities.
