Grounds and Maintenance Volunteer
Our Grounds and Maintenance Volunteers help us in taking care of the facility and the yard. Based on your individual skills volunteers help us in gardening, weeding, mowing, yard cleaning, aviary maintenance, and general cleaning duties.
Shifts: Can come in on flexible weekly shifts or be on call as projects arise.
Wildlife Hospital Volunteer
Our Hospital Volunteer Program offers the unique opportunity to help with the day-to-day tasks required to operate the wildlife hospital including general cleaning of the hospital and cages, aviary cleaning, food preparation, feeding and assisting staff with animal care, rescues and releases. Hospital volunteers should be comfortable working near animals and be responsible and dependable. Positions are limited.
Shifts: Volunteers must commit to at least one 4-hour shift per week: either 9-1 or 1-5
