Looking for a good work out? Help HBL load or unload vehicles with event equipment! There are no elevators at the HBL office – we’ll be moving up and down 31 stairs. We recommend wearing closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing!
At GP Roadways, you’ll help load road signs/ barricades for HBL’s cycling events onto the sign truck. This job involves working with metal signs, sharp edges, and staples so we recommend wearing covered shoes, a long sleeve shirt, and work gloves.
You’ll be setting up or breaking down tents, tables, bikes racks, and other event equipment. Be sure to wear covered shoes and comfortable clothing for this job as this does require a lot of fitness.
Help guide and line up cars. Depending on the location, you will have to line up the cars in an orderly fashion.
This project is a living example of how individual homeowners can help improve the local environment through the use of native vegetation and xeriscape gardens.
