Hōʻeu Mana Artist Gathering


Pu’uhonua Society

Puʻuhonua Society is seeking volunteers to assist during our Hōʻeu Mana Artist Gathering on July 27, 2024. This event is separate from the Lā Hoʻihoʻi Ea Annual Celebration on July 28.

Volunteers will need to stand, lift, carry, and bend during their shifts. Responsibilities include moving tables, chairs, 5-gallon water jugs, artist supplies, and equipment. Primary tasks will involve setting up in the morning and breaking down in the afternoon, with occasional assistance needed throughout the day for rearranging chairs, refilling water dispensers with water jugs, and assisting kupuna. Additionally, we will require help moving chairs for the evening film screening.
