Keep Keiki Clean and Healthy Fundraiser ~ Hilo

Project Hawai’i, Inc. is gearing up to provide the homeless children with all their hygiene and support to keep them clean and healthy as they start off the new year.. We need YOUR support!!
This project allows YOU to help make all this possible.
Did you know that homeless children and those living in poverty stricken environments have many social issues at school all because they are not clean or have enough to eat. We provide the children with monthly support to assure they are well prepared for their school days.
If you want to start a fundraiser on your own prior to the event, such as a penny or coin drive, or a social media drive, please let us know. You can make a difference. To sponsor one child’s monthly hygiene kit is $18.
How to Volunteer:
1.Email to sign up
2. Show up at the event ready to have fun and walk.. yes lots of walking to collect donations from the community.
3. Bring a water bottle (we do provide and have snacks, but best to be prepared)
4. Bring a friend!!
5. Teens 13 and older can come without a parent. Any one younger or groups of young children must have a group adult chaperone
Open to all groups, clubs, companies who wish to make a difference.
Families with children are usually comfortable with ages 8 and up.
LOCATION:
Feb. 24th – Saturday First Hawaiian Bank Parking lot in the Prince Kuhio Plaza/Zippy side.
We meet at 10:45am for orientation. event ends at 1p.m.
