What We Do
Holomua Na’Ohana clients are provided individualized case management and guidance through twice monthly meetings. Referrals and assistance are provided in the areas of: -Affordable housing -TANF & SNAP applications -Financial assistance -Bus passes -Furniture -Counseling and support as needed On-site support services include: -School supplies and backpacks for students -Clothing bank -Toiletries -Food pantry
Mission Statement: Our Mission is to create a safe, supportive, nurturing environment where the children can grow and flourish while the parents focus on building skills that will lead to self-sufficiency and permanent housing.
Fees: Vary depending on size of unit from $335 to $645.
Eligibility: Homeless or at risk families with dependent children under age 18. Pregnant women in their last trimester. Clients must have enough income to cover program fees and complete the application process.
